Troop 19 was chartered October 4, 1938 by the Huntersville Presbyterian Church Women's Club.  The charter has changed over the years and has been dropped for a short period.  The Charter lists a representative of the Chartering Organization whose responsibility was to act as liaison between the Charter Organization, the Scout Troop, and the Council.  This person was called the Institutional Head and later called the Charter Organization Representative.  We have listed our charter history below to recognize those who have been instrumental in supporting the 50 years of Troop 19's existence at Huntersville Presbyterian Church.
